Stephen Scribner, Patent Agent

Stephen Scribner (PhD, Queen’s Biology) is a registered patent agent in both Canada and the U.S. He joined PARTEQ in 1997 after working as Technical Assistant, Patents, with Ronald Bell and Associates, a national intellectual property firm. He also has a degree in Electronics Technology, and, prior to studying biology, worked in the Department of Space Electronics at the Communications Research Centre in Ottawa. Dr. Scribner is a Fellow of the Intellectual Property Institute of Canada.
